We are currently seeking an Airline Contract Analyst for
our Pawtucket RI location.
The Airline Contract Analyst’s prime responsibility is
to actively manage the airline contract database and act
on any and all changes. This person will serve as the
liaison between the Air Department and Airline
Representatives to resolve any air issues pertaining to
our contracts as well as what the air team encounters
while utilizing said contracts. He/she will also support
the Director of Air Revenue Management in all facets of
pricing and contracting for the US, UK and Canadian
offices. Will follow the operational protocol of the
department and handle special assignments as instructed
by the Director of Air Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor contract mailbox & fare extraction system
daily for US, UK and CAD Office, interpret & communicate
contract changes to the team and maintain an orderly
database of airline contracts
  • Monitor contract changes and act on those changes
accordingly for the US, UK and Canadian offices in
coordination with the Director of Air Revenue Management
  • Contract analysis & comparison on all contracts both
new & existing for the US, UK and Canadian offices by
destination market reported to Air Department Management
and translated into measurable data for contracting
purposes
  • Maintain Status Report on all contracts both active
and inactive
  • Maintain and organize all contact information for our
airline partners as well as their corresponding sales
desk
  • Work directly with Airline Representation to resolve
any contract, non-contract and/or debit memo related
issues pertaining to the business; track status and
communicate resolution
  • Track Co-op with Airline Partners to include but not
limited to FAMs, ride along tours for employees, sales
meetings, corporate events and others
  • Track fuel and tax changes and perform fuel audits for
the US, UK and Canadian offices in coordination with the
Director of Air Revenue Management and Air Department
Manager
  • Backup and assist Competitive Pricing Analyst with any
and all functions
  • Review and analyze monthly profit analysis for the US,
UK and Canadian offices in coordination with the
Director of Air Revenue Management to determine contract
effectiveness
  • Review and analyze bi-monthly Revenue by Series in
coordination with the Director of Air Revenue Management
to identify sales trends that offer new contract,
pricing and profit opportunities
  • Identify promotional opportunities with airline
contracts and coordinate with the Director of Air
Revenue Management
  • Research ground handler, low cost carriers and
consolidator opportunities upon request
  • Work with Air Management to train and increase levels
of comprehension concerning air contracts
  • Competitive Analysis – Active role as defined by
Director of Air Revenue Management and the Strategic
Team.
Bachelor's degree required, MBA Preferred with a desired
minimum 2 years of experience that is directly related
to the duties and responsibilities specified.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
2. Skill in customer service and fiscal management.
3. Knowledge of sales, operations, quality control
procedures and reporting documentation requirements.

in writing.

Perform special projects and other related duties as
assigned or directed by the Director of Air Revenue
Management or Director of Air Operations.
