This role is responsible for providing quality service to passengers. This includes check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, airport hotel and baggage services as per company's commercial and safety standards and procedures. In addition, the candidate will ensure that Premium Passengers receive total quality service and staff adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company.
The candidate must be a graduate with minimum 3 years experience in a customer service role of which atleast 1 year should be in airport services. Exposure to Baggage Claims and World Tracer preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Constant liaison with Check-in, Transfer Desk, and other related areas for the smooth acceptance of passengers.
- Liaising with check-in, transfer desk, and support Airport Services Supervisors in all areas.
- Escort and direct Arriving/Departing passengers to the respective areas such as Hotel Desk, Visa Counter, Transfer Desk, Premium Lounges, and Boarding Gates etc.
- Assists Duty Officer to handle company material and records
