The Alumni Relations Coordinator will interface with alumni, faculty, students, staff and other internal and external constituents in coordinating events and programs relating to Alumni Relations. The role exists to increase the Law School's capacity to manage its events more effectively.
Bachelor's degree and
3-5 years' relevant experience. Should include experience in event and special occasion management and interaction with a diverse group of individuals. Must submit a portfolio of events created and managed within the past five years.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task large scale projects. Ability to interact successfully with a diverse group of individuals. Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications, caterease software and EMS (event management system) software.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):
Knowledge of advance and sun guard database systems preferred.
