Reporting to the Administrative Director, Ambulatory Operations, the Ambulatory Operations Liaison will act as a liaison between NMFF Ambulatory Operations Department and the Regional Medical Practices.
This position will develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with Regional Medical Practice management, physicians, and staff and communicate Information regarding Ambulatory Operations activities and services provided to support patient services, patient flow, quality and safety, revenue cycle and ambulatory operations In the clinical practices.
The Ambulatory Operations Liaison promotes excellence In all areas of responsibility and serves as the champion of process Improvement and performance monitoring efforts. In addition, the Ambulatory Operations Liaison will communicate regional Issues back to NMFF Executive Management. This position is responsible for Identifying and communicating Issues and problems related to activities with the clinic Ambulatory Operations and bringing together resources to seek resolution.
