As a Manager, Ad Operations you will focus on data, discrepancy troubleshooting, performance analysis and reporting. This will require daily interaction with our internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Analysts) as well as our external clients to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all advertising campaigns.

Work directly with clients to identify and resolve technical ad operations issues

Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute projects and tasks
Manage budget pacing, IO replenishment and optimization

Execute A/B tests for ad creative and report on key takeaways

Schedule and launch ad campaigns into client specific ad serving platforms

Provide campaign, spend pace analysis and reporting performance

2-5 years of experience in Advertising Operations (online or mobile)

In-depth hands on data experience

Solid knowledge of Excel (especially pivot tables) and an outstanding attention to detail

Highly organized and comfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

Understanding of impressions, clicks and the mobile/game industry landscape
