This role supports the Strategic Planning and Programs Manager with overall Chevron Business and Real Estate Services (CBRES) governance boards and processes, the annual Long Range Strategic and Business planning processes, CBRES President communications, as well as scorecard/initiative and program prioritization and tracking.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for Corporate reporting including communications and presentations for the CBRES President.
Facilitates and consolidates long range strategic planning, business planning guidance, business plan development and financial forecasts for all of CBRES in partnership with CBRES business owners and CBRES Finance, yielding a consistent, logical result using business-based and data-driven methods.
Independently coordinates and reconciles the CBRES's overall financial forecasts with business plan.
Maintains CBRES strategy, governance framework and related documentation.
Coordinates and supports development of CBRES Leadership Team Meeting materials and follows up as required on outcomes/action items.
Coordinates and facilitates key meetings including the Performance & Operations Governance Council, CBRES Management Meetings and provides the CBRES strategic perspective for business group leader engagements.
Helps to ensure that CBRES' Strategic Direction is being properly operationalized across all of CBRES; looks for disconnects and discontinuities across the organization and highlights/resolves them.
Supports corporate, business partner and CBRES communications for CBRES leadership team.
Five+ years experience in communications, business/strategic planning or consulting for service company.
Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 2010 skills are essential.
Outstanding listening, written and oral communications skills.
Experienced building presentations and generating content quickly.
Facilitation experience (virtual and in person).
Experience working/coordinating across a broad spectrum of business offerings/owners.
