The analyst , contract maintenance is responsible for the successful loading of managed care contract s for assigned customers into the contract Manager System. Analyst s must precisely interpret contract language and utilize contract Manager tools to generate accurate reimbursement calculations. The individual will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of contract s for a number of assigned customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Leverage thorough knowledge of contract Manager contract loading tools and environment, with accurate analysis and interpretation of managed care agreements, to create accurate profiles for assigned clients.
Utilize testing environment to validate the accuracy of all created profiles, prior to customer review.
Consistently meet monthly productivity and accuracy rate objectives established by management, in addition to meeting established deadlines.
Provide weekly status reports to manager.
Works with internal and external contacts to resolve issues of contract interpretation, and missing information in a timely manner.
Utilizes workload reports to meet productivity and timeliness objectives.
Completes other projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science or Information Services preferred.
Equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Minimum 2+ years experience in hospital business office, managed care contract ing or related field.
Highly numerical aptitude with excellent analytical skills.
Displays initiative and has strong communication skills.
Capable of working independently.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products.
Travel: 5% required/expected
