Accountabilities

The Analyst, Product Implementation installs Dispensing System/Pyxis products. This involves extensive customer interaction and service. In addition, the Analyst executes assigned deliverables from the implementation plan. These projects can typically range in scope from installing one expansion unit, to being part of a project team that may install over 100 units. The Analyst must be able to clearly communicate, thoroughly document, demonstrate a fundamental ability to overcome project task hurdles/timeline delays while performing basic installations. They would also be required to provide customer training on the use and administration of Pyxis products. The Analyst effectively performs the required tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.

This is a home-based position with daily and overnight regional travel in the Pacific NW. The ideal candidate will live near Seattle, preferably northern Seattle area.

Job Family Summary

Product Implementation is responsible for installing a wide range of products and services that involve extensive customer interaction.

What is expected of you for success in your role

Demonstrates a basic understanding of products, related technologies and the implementation process

Executes assigned deliverables from the implementation plan

Performs basic training of products and technologies

Identifies basic linkages between products/services and customer systems and processes

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience; recent technical program graduates will also be considered
Electronics / technology / I.T. knowledge required; prefer moderate technical skills: exposure to basic programming concepts and uses; demonstration of technical skills in working environment; working knowledge of variety of software/hardware applications and accessories; understanding of relationship between software and hardware; exposure to interface and communications technology.
Hospital I.T. experience, Pyxis and/or automation experience a plus.
Customer service skills required
Project management focus preferred.
Training experience a plus.
The effective Product Implementation Analyst must be able to clearly communicate, thoroughly document and demonstrate a fundamental ability to overcome project hurdles/timeline delays while performing basic installations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong organization skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Driving requirements dictate that the candidate posses and maintain a valid driver license and be at least 21 years old.
Upon hire, must provide proof of, and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Proofs must include: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox) Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
