The Provider Network Development Analyst is responsible for the selection, development, expansion and contracting of provider network facilities; documenting pertinent information regarding potential provider facilities; identifying prospective providers through the use of geographical resources; coordinating activities with fellow team members; and special projects as requested.
Analyze market network needs and develop/implement strategies to meet those needs
Interact with current, new, and prospective clients to ensure network expectations are understood, communicated and implemented
Research and identify prospective fitness provider partners
Manage network development in current, new, and prospective markets by directing and tracking progress of network development activities
Coordinate network changes with Contracts, Account Management, Marketing, etc.
Work with Data Administration to manage membership data to ensure business needs are met
Maintain membership information integrity in accordance with HIPPA regulations
Perform demographic data analysis, report, create strategies, and implement projects/activities regarding Medicare-eligible population concentrations (CMS data), major ethnic populations and their geographic concentrations, "invisible barriers"
Design, document, and implement or recommend process improvements
Qualifications
2+ years network development in a health care and/or fitness related field
Bachelor's (four-year) degree in a business related field
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
Experience/proficiency using GeoAccess software
Effective oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
