Job Description

Position responsible for providing analytics and insights in support of the Social Media Global Strategy, Social Media Brand Strategy, Guest Analytics and Channel Intelligence teams related to guest behavior, guest targeting, segmentation and performance analysis of marketing efforts, specific to social media channels and activity.

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant experience required
Experience with Facebook Insights API and all available metrics provided, Knowledge of key Twitter metrics
Experience working with social media monitoring tools (Google, Radian 6, Twitter Search, Social Mention, Traackr, etc) and popular social media management tools (TweetDeck, HootSuite, etc)"
Knowledge of SEO strategy and its impact on social media
Highly Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
Hospitality/travel industry experience is a plus.
