This role provides leadership in the research, design, implementation, administration, communication, monitoring and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs that proactively support the organization’s strategic plan and initiatives, ensure the company’s competitive position and comply with corporate policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Experience Required - Minimum five years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, specifically in the areas of compensation administration and/or generalist HR practice. Preferred – previous experience as a compensation analyst. Knowledge of and experience working with HRIS databases.

Education Required – Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Preferred – Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Professional Human Resources (PHR) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
