Provide compensation administration including job description support, market pricing, pay adjustments, merit delivery and variable plan design and auditing.

  • Support the annual performance review and merit increase process.
  • Perform audits on compensation data for accuracy, adherence to guidelines and reasonableness.
  • Support job classification structure, including creation of new jobs within HR/Payroll system.
  • Oversee the completion of job audits and job analyses to ensure employees are classified correctly and paid competitively.
  • Develop and/or participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
  • Produce monthly/quarterly/annual HR metric reports and analyze compensation data from various systems
