The Analyst Database Marketing will assist the marketing teams in the three divisions (MSG Sports, MSG Entertainment and MSG Media) with all database marketing, research and reporting requests. Build lists and segments for all MSG related marketing and sales efforts. Define offer codes and execute data transfers to ensure marketing/sales performance is properly attributed and reported. Expand target marketing, segmentation, and customer relationship management techniques in all of MSG’s direct marketing operations. Based on clients’ needs and strategies, use MSG’s Corporate Database to create demographic lifestyle profiles and segmentation for more targeted marketing and ticket sales. Assist in developing targeted direct mail, telemarketing, and email campaigns using the corporate database and supply ROI reporting. Distribute weekly click through and purchase match back reports for all MSG Sports, MSG Entertainment and MSG Media properties. Participate in all database and direct marketing initiatives and execution for all MSG Sports, MSG Entertainment and MSG Media properties.

Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years database and/or direct marketing experience. Will have solid knowledge of digital marketing and emerging technology. Must have experience with reporting tools and advanced analytics. Will have strong analytical and logical skills along with a basic understanding of database applications and systems with preference towards Archtics and Acxiom Insight. Must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent time management and organization skills as well as strong teamwork skills. Must be technically proficient with MSG Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
