Prepare financial budgeting, forecasting a nd division financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly a nd a nnual basis for Finance Director.

Participate in developing budgeting a nd forecasting strategy plans, while performing variance a nalysis between forecast a nd a ctuals.

Maintain financial contract document management controls for client, consultant a nd subcontractor a ctivity.

Work with project management a nd Finance Team to develop, a dminister a nd implement process improvements in financial a nalysis, a nnual operating plan development, a nd forecasting, a s well a s consolidating, a nalyzing, reviewing a nd reporting on a ll financial matters.

Prepare a nd/or review a ccount distribution a ssignment a nd a pproval hierarchy controls on vendor invoices.

Ensure timely submission to Corporate A ccounting a nd a dherence to project record retention requirements.

Prepare monthly invoice a ccruals. Maintain controls to insure outstanding vendor invoices a re received.

Provide oversight a nd handling of travel expense reimbursement in a ccordance with Joint Travel Regulations.

Prepare monthly client invoices in a ccordance with client requirements a nd internal controls a nd monitor collections.

A ssist in the preparation a nd review of Cost Proposals a nd Business Proposals in a ccordance with the Corporate Proposal Center.

A ssist with internal a nd external financial a udits.

Perform other duties a s a ssigned.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following A dditional Education a nd Experience:

Bachelor's degree from a n a ccredited college or university in business a dministration, a ccounting or economics.

Four to seven years of experience in a ccounting, contract a dministration, financial, or budget operations.

Prior experience in financial transaction processing for a government contracting firm, including CAS a nd FAR compliance, is desirable.

A bility to a nalyze a nd communicate financial data effectively, to include a n a dvanced knowledge of forecasting a nd budgeting.

Strong variance a nalysis skills required.

A bility to execute financial transactions a t a high level of productivity a nd without errors or omissions.

A bility to provide financial guidance to leadership a nd management teams.

Possess a high level of proficiency in MS Excel a nd Word a nd computer literacy.

A bility to maintain complete confidentiality.

Bilingual proficiency highly preferred

Education Required: Bachelors degree from a n a ccredited college or university or equivalent experience

Technical Skills / Knowledge Required: A dvanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Project, ITG a nd Excel). Excellent a nalytical skills.

Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Required: Four years of experience using structured methodologies in a nalysis a nd/or quality control

Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Preferred: Four to eight years of professional/related experience

Personal/Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, a nd written communication skills, a bility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment, a bility to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, a bility to work a s a team member, a s well a s independently a nd a bility to use spreadsheet, database, a nd/or reporting software to do a nalysis. A ttention to detail required.
