Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with ongoing reports, schedules & “dashboard” maintenance
  • Assist with monthly forecasting and variance explanations of budgeted accounts (non-Oracle)
  • Assist with monthly CCL financial book analysis and providing to Financial Analysis Manager
  • Assist with maintenance, tracking, and reporting for all incentive plans
  • Verify and understands the accuracy of calculations made by other departments as they relate to the Financial Analysis area
  • Lead the effort to implement automation of reporting and analytical functions to improve the integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of the data
  • Generate reports using various sources such as the data warehouse, Workforce Management system, reservations system, Hyperion, etc.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by department head

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with concentration in statistics, finance or accounting; MBA preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience, database mining and analytical skills (advanced MS Excel and mainframe querying skills)
• Commanding knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Hyperion or comparable applications or tools
• Proven analytical and organizational skills to meet deadlines in environment of often-changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate results succinctly to senior management
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-motivated
