The Senior Analyst works with other discipline and client team members to perform analyses for the client, develop measurement strategy, define tagging approach, generate insights and POVs, and provide optimization recommendations. The position requires strong analytical skills to provide strategic direction and data driven insights.
Design and perform analysis, interpret results and develop recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Apply various quantitative methods to combine and interpret information from multiple data sources.
Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions for customer and channels to improve client decision-making.
Collaborate with clients to develop clear business and measurement objectives.
Develop presentations for internal teams or for clients.
Proactively communicate with other internal and client teams to uncover relevant insights, trends, and optimization criteria.
Achieve and maintain fluency in relevant interactive technologies (e.g. wireless, broadband, social media, mobile).
The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, responsible, flexible and able to identify what analytical challenges should be asked and how best to answer them.
4+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
2+ yrs industry experience: Marketing, Advertising or Agency experience (Agency experience preferred)
Experience in Digital Analytics (Site measurement, online advertising, and/or search analytics), including both tagging and reporting capabilities
Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline) and test design a plus
Strong proficiency using one or multiple site-side analytical tools (Webtrends, Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents and analyses
Bachelor's Degree, in the arts and sciences (history, anthropology/sociology, psychology), business (economics, marketing), Computer (sciences) or quantitative field (math, statistics), MBA a plus
Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, demonstrate empathy and commitment to the clients
Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Excel, and PowerPoint; database skills (SQL, SPSS, SAS) a plus
Some travel may be required.
