The Analyst will primarily be involved with all aspects of Transmission and Distribution Organizational Performance Group. The Analyst will be responsible to ensure organizational compliance, facilitate centralized training, process improvement and development, cost management and aspects of project management.

· Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy’s values, mission, and strategic business objectives
· Ensure that Transmission and Distribution Operations are in full compliance with company policy and external regulation. Familiarity with codes and regulations i.e.: CFR, and NESC are a plus.
· Facilitate centralized training schedule, scope and budget.
· Process improvement and development for Operations, Engineering and Construction departments.
· Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with others
· Ability to develop, write, maintain, and evaluate standards or working documents
· Knowledge in engineering fundamentals, design, evaluation, and process are plus, but not necessary
· Must have outstanding computer skills, especially MS Office Products and familiarity in SAP. Must be able to quickly learn to use other specialized computer applications.
Must be able to demonstrate a good safety record
· Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
· Knowledgeable of electric and gas operations
· Ability to work with others and provide direction to others on the team
· Must have business degree, computer science or equivalent experience
· Must have strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting tasks
· Able to perform economic evaluations for projects
· Must possess a good understanding of distribution gas & transmission and distribution electric systems, design, and codes
· Training or teaching experience a plus
