SCA is currently recruiting graduating college seniors to fill Analyst positions in its 2013 SCALE Fellows Program. The program is structured to help grow the skillsets of leaders by focusing on the development of analytical, operational, and strategic competencies. During the program, analysts will receive a mixture of classroom and experiential training, and will gain exposure to several departments throughout the company while having an opportunity to work on a variety of high visibility projects. The Analyst Fellows Program is a 12-month rotational program through selected corporate departments focusing on building knowledge in strategic and operational frameworks and expertise in core business analyses. Upon successful completion of the program, Analyst Fellows will be placed into a leadership role in the field that best suits their abilities and maximizes their potential to grow within the company. Additionally, new analysts will be paired with a member of leadership (Director or VP level) as part of an ongoing mentorship and will have several opportunities to interact with senior leadership (C-Suite and Senior VPs) over the course of the program.
