We are looking for a passionate developer interested in making a widely-used product more effective through analytics. You’ll be using JavaScript, Ruby, Rails, and PostgreSQL as well as custom tools to help track usage of our product as it evolves. You’ll collaborate with our awesome developers and an intensely user-focused and results-driven product team.
Responsibilities:
Own tracking infrastructure inclusive of site, API, mobile web & iOS
Maintain Google Analytics tracking through application changes. This includes establishing & maintaining tests across current functionality
Implement Google Analytics and custom tracking for new features
Develop and maintain custom, real-time tracking using Redis and internal framework
Requirements:
Experience with SQL and Data Structures
Experience developing and scaling JavaScript in highly interactive applications
Familiarity with Rails framework and Ruby best practices
Knowledge of performance trade-offs in web and mobile applications
Ability to function with changing requirements and a variety of stakeholders
