- Develop multi-threaded Android apps leveraging RESTful data sources
- Work with new technologies in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and team work
- Actively participate in design discussions and code reviews and speak up when you see something that can be improved
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve issues
- Define and architect various frameworks
- Build, design, and debug software systems
Qualifications:
- Experience with HTML5, CSS and Javascript
- Strong experience with Java and XML
- Experience with Android Platform
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Working knowledge of OpenGL and/or Google Maps API
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle
- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design
- Past experience working with Agile teams and following agile development practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience
- Strong familiarity with source control
- 3-5 years of experience required
