Manages annual giving, donor cultivation and recognition initiatives. Researches, analyzes, develops and maintains relationships with current and prospective donors. Plans and implements activities throughout the year to cultivate donors, including personalized mailings, phone calls, and donor recognition/cultivation events. Contributes to special events and any agency capital campaigns as needed. Coordinates group volunteer activities and holiday giving program in conjunction with the Business Services Director and relevant program staff.


This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of successful fundraising experience. Professional image and the ability to create a positive impression in internal and external interactions, high degree of efficiency and ability to work accurately under pressure expected. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks. Experience with Raiser’s Edge preferred. Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
