We are looking for the right candidate to join our service team to ensure that the community is maintained according to company operating and safety standards.

The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet the company's established standard for safety, appearance and operation within the budgeted financial goals. Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property. Ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment at the community. Coordinate and oversee all work by contractors. Responsible for the daily management, development and coaching of the service team. The Service Manager will ensure that the entire service team adheres to service standards and are attentive to resident satisfaction. Responds immediately and supports communities in disaster situations such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire and other natural and manmade disasters.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five+ years related maintenance experience. Prior supervisory experience of at least 3 years required, including responsibility for selection and training of service team preferred. Must have experience working on a large property 500+ units. Must have HVAC Type I and II and CPO Certifications. Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance and inventory control.
