Supervises and monitors the financial and operational goals of each community in their region. Assists the Vice President in implementing new procedures that affect the bottom line and company as a whole.
Minimum high school graduate- college degree preferred.
High degree of organization and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of three years of previous management and/or real estate experience with an emphasis on bottom line profit and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to direct work of others.
Provide clear and consistent communication to associates.

Directly supervise the activities of each community with the expectation of operating their portfolio within 5% annual variance between budget and actual dollars.
Review and discuss Weekly Activity Report.
Review and discuss Delinquent/Prepaid Report.
Review Resident Retention Program.
Review rent and NSF collection procedures.
Review paperwork on new rental and move-outs.
Review bank deposits.
Inspect market ready apartments.
Monitor maintenance department and key control system.
Approve all overtime hours for payroll.
Review Financial Statement and Budget Variance.
