Contractor shall provide support in the following areas; assist in the development of case management applications, which may include overall design considerations, work flow and forms development, code development, application development tool and testing procedures, security considerations and application performance optimization. The subcontractor shall also provide support on making application architecture decisions and directions, identifying additional application development requirements, managing data migration from current applications to new applications, and supporting specific sub-projects within the Concorde program team, focused on application development of case management specific applications as a .NET framework.

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as a development consultant.
- 5 – 7 years experience in developing architecture and design documentation, analyzing, defining and documentation processes for application interfaces with internal and external systems; experience with developing enterprise, data driven solutions.
