Business Resiliency Technology
organization delivers technology solutions to support Global Business Resiliency and Crisis Management group.
This group is responsible for the operational support of the Enterprise Notification Tool (ENT). This system is used to electronically communicate with all staff members during emergency events.
We are seeking an operations analyst who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application system in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issue resolution or escalation.
At this level, responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with infrastructure service support team members.
Additional responsibilities may include (and not limited to):
Participating in the Change Management process - in accordance with Life Cycle methodologies and risk guidelines
Provide clients with hands-on training sessions (Global time zones when required)
Develop written operational procedures and Best Practice guidelines
Perform data quality reviews and develop plans to correct faulty content
Perform Security Administration / provisioning functions
Perform statistical problem ticket trend analysis and implement solutions to reduce future occurrences
Ensure that operational tasks are performed as designed and on schedule
Business or technology related four year degree
1-2 years of technology or relevant work experience
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong client focus
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as with a team to meet target dates
Experience / basic understanding of relational database technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools in particular: Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Word
Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Project
