Responsible for the overall quality of IT software development and support. Coordinates with Business Units to improve business processing. Leads application engineer team to analyze, design and coordinate the development of software systems that support information processing needs. Ensure that systems are current with changing technologies. Provide support to IT colleagues regarding technical challenges. Work closely with management to align projects with organizational goals. Provide technical consultation for management decisions.
Analyze and provide practical solutions for requests and improvements to software and systems.
Partners with project management to accommodate the credit union’s best interests.
Research and analyze the feasibility of implementing new technologies.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure the quality and success of service delivery.
Provide hands-on application development for projects and requests.
Mentor, motivate, and reenergize staff members.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
BA/BS degree is required.
Three to four (3-4) years job related experience preferred
Proven ability to support a strong member/customer service culture.
