Plan, organize, and conduct medium-sized projects within professional audio. Master the complete suite of field engineering tools and technologies, including Modeler® design program, Auditioner® system and ControlSpace Design program. Develop or modify training material. Train dealers and distributors in the advanced use and application of Bose® Professional Systems products and the advanced use and application of Bose field engineering tools and technologies.
Train and mentor other field engineers in areas of expertise. Act as a mentor to dealer's and distributor's staff and/or lower-level field engineers in all areas of project development and implementation.Plan and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard field engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
As an originator, identify and solve major conceptual problems. Exercise directional as well as engineering judgment. Provide project team direction.
Travel: 60-75% throughout Latin America & Caribbean, with focus in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Central America Skills 7 to 10 years of professional audio design expertise. Hands-on, professional, sound system design and installation experience preferred.
2 years of Project/Resource Management preferred.
Must be comfortable and experienced in computer applications and CAD systems.
Ability to speak, read and write fluent in Spanish, English.
Working knowledge of Porteguese
