Responsible for balancing of the ACH collection/distribution windows and all general ledgers and associate DDA accounts. This position is also responsible for processing incoming return requests, system maintenance in the PEP system, and extracting EDI data from Synergy and the FED website to send to external clients on a daily basis. A daily review of government reclamations and death notifications for possible return of government funds. Ongoing client support/training for all Business Online Banking ACH clients and Move It ACH clients.
This position is also responsible for the ATM balancing for all First Commonwealth ATMs. Familiarity or willingness to learn how to extract data from various software systems, such as Monarch and Synergy, to create monthly management statistical analysis. Competencies (Skills and Experience Required): Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; good reading, writing and grammar skills; proficient math skills; data entry experience; good verbal communication skills, and above average analytical ability.
