Provide answers to "how to" questions from colleagues and associates. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems and training issues. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for support. Tracks and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution. Communicates application issues and defects to the service desk and works with the Solution Delivery teams on application solutions. Communicates status and explanations to the field users. Interfaces with business Operations teams to understand current operating procedures and standards for using various applications.

Responsibilities:

Provide answers to "how to" questions from colleagues and associates. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems and training issues. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for support. Tracks and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution. Communicates application issues and defects to the service desk and works with the Solution Delivery teams on application solutions. Communicates status and explanations to the field users. Interfaces with business Operations teams to understand current operating procedures and standards for using various applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, as well as experience training/helping end-users and hands-on experience with end-user applications.

At least 2 years hands on experience training or teaching others.

At least 4 years experience supporting end-users on end-user applications

Experience using the specific technologies or products or similar applications is required:

Cosmos, Office 2003, Office 2007, Office 2010, SharePoint 2010, Decision Studio, web based applications.

Customer Service experience/support is required.

Must possess excellent customer service skills including customer-oriented telephone and email/chat abilities.

A basic knowledge/understanding of Windows XP, Windows 7 and a Network environment.

Ability to gather information, evaluate options and offer good solutions.

Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Ability to successfully balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Must have the capability to respond quickly, competently and patiently.

Ability to analyze data to identify trends

Ability to effectively communicate (written & verbal) with non-technical end users and technical teams.
