My client is seeking a Product Manager with 2+ years of experience. This is a full time permanent position with PTO, Benefits, and bonus potential.


Work with both IT and business partners to identify end users pain points gather and document end user business requirements, facilitate communications between IT, and our end users, and sponsor projects for the delivery of new tools and services. We are passionate about improving user effectiveness and increasing productivity by improving tools and services end users use and empowering them with the information they need to be successful. We are looking for equally passionate people in this space to expand our team.

-Key Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
-Identify business analysis deliverables for projects and manage their execution
-Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
-Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
-Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases
-Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
-Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
-Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
-Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
-Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
-Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
-Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.


-2+ years of experience and a Bachelors Degree

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
-Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time
-Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
-Strong knowledge of requirement elicitation, design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models
-Strong knowledge of Office software, such as PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
-Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
