The Application Support Analyst provides proactive and personalized, front-line support of organization’s 3rd party applications. Identifies improvements to applications, processes, and business logic to meet customer objectives and needs. Uses application tool kits and associated programming tools and languages to extend existing system functionality and to develop new interfaces, reports, and processes.

Assists in implementation and ongoing upgrade efforts to ensure the application and application environment are reliable, available, and maintainable. Develops complex queries and reports to support the data needs of NFIB user groups and manages daily report requirements. Works with 3rd party vendors to ensure technical and functional issues are addressed and ensure application and system upgrades are planned and implemented in a timely and professional manner.

Works with 3rd party service vendors to develop and maintain processes to ensure seamless integration between parties and systems. Develops support documentation and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an application support or programmer analyst role using Microsoft .NET technologies; two (2) years of experience building complex queries and programs with T-SQL as well as database design and maintenance.
  • Flexible and team-oriented professional with strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
