This position is a Customer Support position supporting Applications supported by the CRM CoC. Specifically Quote Plus and CRM On Demand, but will also back up other applications as well.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years related experience preferred. Must be very Customer focused and Result oriented. Previous technical support experience preferred. Must have good listening skills, is a self Motivator and has good verbal and written communication skills.
Delivers support to end users in the organization efficiently and effectively to fulfill business objectives. Identifies and resolves problems that are not difficult or complex. Assists in performing routine analysis of business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment and may create routine functional and/or technical specifications and flowcharts. Assists with routine planning design of business processes and systems. May assist in recommending routine changes to improve and support business activities.
