    Position Information
    At WakeMed, the Application Support Analyst serves in a Tier II technical support capacity by documenting, troubleshooting and resolving application issues reported by customers. Handles customer requests for minor application enhancements and modifications for supported applications. The Application Support Analyst will escalate issues, where appropriate, to other IS support teams. Responsible for identifying patterns of issues and then working with internal teams for ways to proactively correct them if possible. Produces education materials for customers and provides customer training as needed. Documents quick fixes for Tier I & II Help Desk team members.

    Experience Requirements :
    Minimum (5) years experience in a technical help desk or customer technical support role required. Healthcare experience preferred.

    Select Education Type :
    Graduate of Technical school in Computer Science -or- related electronic information processing field required. In lieu of degree equivalent work experience may be considered.

    Licensure/Certification Requirements :

    Hours of Work : 8:00 - 5:00
    Weekend Requirements : As Needed
    Call Requirements : None
