Provide technical support for application/service, reporting, and system integration issues
Troubleshoot and restore technical services by analyzing and diagnosing failures using established processes, scripts and procedures
Proactively monitor and respond to application/service alerts
Provide regular status updates for priority production issues and attend weekly team meetings
