AMBULATORY APPLICATIONS SUPPORT

About This Position

The

position

is responsible for

leading the

day-to-day

activities

related

to

supporting

the

applications.

This

includes

oversight

of

Remedy queues,

project

hour allocation,

PPM

timesheet

approval,

Ceridian timesheet

approval,

handling

customer

escalations

as necessary,

and overseeing customer

service functions

from

the

vendor and facility

perspectives

all while reflecting

and promoting

the

mission and philosophy of

Dignity

Health.

The

Lead for

Application

Services

is responsible for

the

customer

service functions,

ensuring timely

updates

for

all ticket

types

within

Remedy,

monitoring

the

queues,

allocation

of

project

hours,

and approval of

timesheets.

The

Application

Services

team

provides consolidated

support

for

the

Dignity

Health

systems.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and assist
with

responding to

vendors and facility

incidents

and requests

  • Ensure
timely

responsiveness to

all incidents

and requests

as per established

service levels

  • Ensure
professional

responses to

all emails and phone calls

  • Ensure
that

all incidents

and requests

are properly tracked

per established

procedures

  • Monitor
customer

service metrics

to

determine

opportunities

to

reduce customer

service requests

through

process

improvement

and education.

  • Lead the
allocation

of

project

hours

  • Ensure
timely

and accurate

PPM

timesheet

submission

  • Approval
of

PPM

timesheets

  • Approval
of

Ceridian timesheets

  • Identify
opportunities

for

improvement

in processes to

maximize productivity.

  • Participate
in hiring process for

new staff

as necessary to

optimize

productivity

and meet

needs of

the

department.

  • Ensure
that

Application

Systems

productivity

standards

are met

or exceeded.

  • Hold regular one on one meetings
with

each staff

member

  • Responsible for
writing

up quarterly

and yearly employee evaluations

with

input

from

the

Manager

Specifications:
Experience

Minimum Required:
  • 3 years combined experience in customer
service function.

  • Experience
with

implementing

best

practices

and managing change in a complex organization

  • Experience
with

listening

to

and responding to

complaints

and dissatisfaction

from

customers

and enacting

process

change to

improve future

results

Preferred/Desired:
  • Experience
in a multi-facility

healthcare

organization

  • 2 years of
supervisory and/or

lead experience

Special

Knowledge,

Skills,

Abilities

  • A
detailed

knowledge of

business/clinical

functions

within

a medical environment

is preferred.

  • Ability
to

work independently

and under tight

deadlines

  • Excellent
interpersonal,

verbal and written

communication
