The Application Support Programmer Analyst is responsible for working on site with the customer to support a Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise application. This individual is responsible for being the primary point of contact providing web application support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Quickly understand and troubleshoot large scale DoD application
• Troubleshoot issues over the phone with end users
• Creation and updating of new user accounts
• Test new application releases
• Occasional web services and data transfers using XML
• Basic application development using ASP and .NET
• Basic system and database maintenance and support using SQL
• Creating and updating application documentation
• End user training
• Follow processes defined by DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR)
Required Skills:
• 2-5 years of end user or help desk IT support
• 3-5 years of experience working with large scale applications
• Knowledge of SharePoint, ASP, .NET, and SQL web based application development
• Active Secret level government security clearance
• Must be able to obtain a CompTIA certification (Network +, A+, or Security+)
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors of Science or higher degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Active CompTIA certification
• SQL Server database administration
• Experience with IA Link Application and the United States Air Force Portion of the Global-Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)
• DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR)
