Our Client is looking for analysts to add to their team. These individuals will be supporting clients in any software support needs they have. Must be analytical and a problem solver. This position is heavy in customer care and service. Must have good communication skills, be organized, and have excellent follow-up. A sense of urgency is expected and important.
BA Degree preferred, minimum education AA Degree
3+ years’ experience in a Call Center Environment
Experience with proprietary applications
Knowledge/experience with Corel, Adobe
Analytical skills and a technical aptitude
