Job Description:
Investment company in Downtown LA is looking for a Lead Application Support Specialist to provide 2nd and 3rd level support to the production support team. Will Manage activities of the Production Support team, provide training and support training activities from outside vendors, proactively monitor health of systems, reacting to alerts and escalating issues, and assist in root cause analysis investigations.

Required experience:
A successful candidate must be proficient with the following technologies:
  • Windows (XP/7)
  • MS Office (2007/2010)
  • Citrix
  • Some programming background/knowledge required:
+Scripting (Perl, WinBatch, Com)
+SQL
+Java, .Net
