QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience); 8 or more years technical experience supporting and/or implementing PeopleSoft HCM, ELM and/or CRM software, release 8.8 or higher, development experience using PeopleTools 8.50 and proficient in SQL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desired: Oracle and AIX platform; health care knowledge or experience; project management experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Application Technical Analyst Sr serves as a strategic and tactical resource to the IS department, and assists the team with supporting mature systems and implementing new software applications. This position is responsible for the overall support of the PeopleSoft software, operating systems and databases, ensuring full operation and integration into NMH's information technology and functional environments. Provides technical project leadership in the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software. Monitors system performance, leads installations and upgrades. Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues, documents system changes. Provides technical leadership and timeframe estimates during project planning and implementation. The position will require working closely with other team members, including, but not limited to DBA’s and Application Analysts. Works with end users to evaluate system use, document and prioritize requests for change. AA/EOE.
