Technical Support Applications Engineer provides phone/onsite support to assist customers with technical issues, including, programming support, configuration, training. Also to support any hardware, software, firmware related issues.
Skills and Education Requirements:
Excellent communication skills via telephone. Technical programming abilities. Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner. Provide total customer care, to achieve a satisfactory result and positive Crestron experience.
