This position provides technology and process solutions to support the User Lifecycle Management and other Key Services within the Firms IT organization. This position also assists Remote Access and Messaging Engineers in the planning, support, and maintenance of Key Services in the Global Data Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and implement technical solutions for manual processes.Execute all processes to support User Lifecycle Management and other Key Services to meet business requirements. Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, troubleshooting guides and change management logs.Identify and implement Service Desk and End-user training opportunities.Develop and execute test plans for new and upgraded technology deployments.Document and communicate status to Manager at a detailed level.Monitor and resolve end-user issues for all of the services within the team.Document system uptime and usage metrics for all services within the team.Create ad hoc reporting requests as needed.Provide 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis.Flexible to work afterhours as required.
