Assist users with application related issues , dispatching resources for hardware or network-related issues. Primary responsibilities include:
  • Provide Tier 2/3 Help Desk support via telephone, e-mail and desk side visits
  • Troubleshoot and support Firm software applications including:
Microsoft Office Professional Suite

iManage / FileSite

Window 7 operating systems

Anti-virus Applications

Troubleshoot Windows 7 OS issues

Test application interoperability between Firm applications

Test service packs, patches, and hot fixes for OS and applications.

In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Candidate with a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification a huge plus (2010 or 2003)
