APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST: (2 POSITIONS) Permanent - Washington, DC
(Those with a legal background or professional services industry preferred). Please note this is not a help desk positon, but does have help desk responsibilities.
Assist users with application related issues , dispatching resources for hardware or network-related issues. Primary responsibilities include:
Microsoft Office Professional Suite
- Provide Tier 2/3 Help Desk support via telephone, e-mail and desk side visits
- Troubleshoot and support Firm software applications including:
iManage / FileSite
Window 7 operating systems
Troubleshoot Windows 7 OS issues
Test application interoperability between Firm applications
Test service packs, patches, and hot fixes for OS and applications.
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Candidate with a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification a huge plus (2010 or 2003)
