Contemporary Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting Appraisal Coordinator for contract positions in Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The ideal Appraisal Coordinator is responsible for following up on appraisal orders including appraisals, final inspections and addendums. They will track and manage orders by contacting appraisal vendors to ensure they are received on or before expected due date. They will also work closely with Lender Clients, including Loan Officers, Loan Processors and Loan Processing Supervisors, to document, provide status and resolve customer issues regarding appraisal orders.
Ability to conduct oneself professionally with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally.
Ability to successfully interact daily with many different personalities.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, plan, and organize.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Place orders on hold according to department policies and follow up on orders that have been placed on hold to determine if they are still needed or should be cancelled.
Answer inbound calls received from clients and vendors.
Refer inquiries to Appraisal Underwriting, Business Support and Accounting when appropriate.
Escalate service issues to Operations Supervisor when required.
Utilize various software applications to perform daily work functions and projects.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must have Call Center Experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding telephone personality.
Possess a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills â both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong documentation skills, and good organizational skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree in business preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to solve problems and organize daily tasks and projects.
Ability to exercise clear judgment in solving customer and supplier issues.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Capable of working in a team driven environment.
Available to work overtime hours as business requires.
Two plus years in customer service, preferably in a financial institution or fast paced, high volume phone environment.
Able to work under pressure in a face-paced environment.
