RESPONSIBILITIES: This Wachovia position serves the appraisal department as a state certified appraiser with the ability to appraise most types of property (1-4 units) at any transaction amount. They competently perform all types of SFR and 2-4 unit appraisals (inspection and drive-by assignments), REOs, and loan service requests. This position reports to the Mtg. Appraisal Area Leader.
