Job Summary
Provide assistance in the Aquaculture Farm facilities working at various positions as a team member to make sure that Rainbow Trout are grown according to quality specifications and customer needs. Clear Springs Foods, Inc. is an employee owned company that is fully vertically integrated controlling all aspects of its food business from inception to market.

Essential Functions
Ability to Operate Equipment to Produce Products for Customers:
Assure quality and safety standards are observed.
Knowledge of machinery upkeep and operation.
Ability to perform sanitation tasks as assigned.
Grading fish for market and around the facility.
Loading fish to be hauled to the processing plant.
Hauling fish around the facility.
Hauling fish to the plant. (a class B CDL will be required)
Unloading sack feed. (50 lbs.)
Lifting and moving heavy graders, crowders, and fish pumps.
Feeding fish, loading fines, setting out sack feed.
Counting and collecting daily mortality, cleaning screens.
EPA pumping, assisting in settling pond harvest.
Seasonal head ditch clearing and grounds maintenance.
Maintenance of screens, crowders, nets, graders, etc.
Learn and be able to cover feed systems operation.
Perform mathematical abilities consistent with routine daily fish movements, including, correctly reading sight gauges, filling out load tickets, calculating sample counts, etc.
Ability to understand English is required for safety purposes.
Communicate and Work as a Team Member:
Communicate with fellow employees to complete tasks and adhere to safety standards.
Assist other team members in completion of work.
Ability to work flexible work schedules with varying hours as required.
Miscellaneous Duties as assigned.

Record keeping, organizational skills.
Exemplary Attendance.
Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form.
Ability to communicate in English in order to adhere to safety standards.
A current class B-CDL is preferred, but not required to start, will be required within a reasonable time.
Proven farm experience is a plus.
Typical Physical Activity
This job involves Heavy Work exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to more objects. The job involved lifting 50 to 75 pounds frequently.
The worker will be required to have a range of motion as follows:
Often requires walking or moving to accomplish tasks.
Often requires standing for sustained periods of time.
Occasionally requires stooping and reaching.
Frequently requires pushing using upper extremities to press against something with steady force.
Frequently requires pulling using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.
Lifting is required on a frequent basis.
Repetitive Motions are required which involve substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Typical Environmental Conditions
The worker is frequently subject to outside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions is not provided and worker is subject to temperature changes. The worker is subject to noise. The worker can be subject to cold and wet conditions.
