Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum three years of related architectural work experience.
Must have experience producing construction documents using AutoCad.
Field experience providing construction administration services is required.
Must be experienced in architectural design, detailing and documentation of new building, restoration and renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of American Disabilities Act/ American Barriers Act.
Must be proficient in AutoCad 2010 (or higher version) and Microsoft Word/Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Candidate will be required to document and present work in a clear and concise manner.
Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants.

Valid Driver's License.

In this position, candidate will be involved in a variety of projects, including new construction, renovations and restoration work for our major clients. Project types may be local or national, with varying degrees of complexities and challenges.
This position will work as an extension of the client staff to oversee projects. Project locations are all over the United States and scope of work mainly deals with renovations, code mandated upgrades etc. Responsibilities will include coordinating improvement scope with various client departments, reviewing proposed modifications with architects/ engineers etc. Other architectural work will be performed as required. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those stated above.
