Position Title: Area Assets & Warehouse Manager

Reports to: Area Manager

Location: Tulsa Oklahoma

Classification: Full Time; Salaried (Pay DOE)
  • Shop around for the best price on vendors for small tools, materials and minor repairs .

  • Help manage the area’s vehicles and equipment licensing, promoting the maintenance programs of all company equipment.

  • Ensure compliance of all D.O.T. fleet requirements

  • Manage appearance and neatness of NPL’s yard


  • Knowledge of natural gas construction preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle,

  • Preferred CDL

  • Material management experience preferred

  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel

  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

  • Must be energetic, have good communication skills, and be able to resolve conflict effectively

  • Must be able to represent NPL in a professional manner, reflecting the NPL Core Values and Leadership Principles

  • Must be a high school graduate. Some college preferred.

  • Should live within one hour of the yard, or be willing to relocate for this position

The work occurs inside and outside within the “red zone” of heavy equipment, and is performed in all sorts of environments,

conditions, weather and seasons, and consist of medium to heavy work with prolonged and repeated: lifting

(including overhead, up to 50 lbs.), standing, climbing, kneeling, sitting, reaching and feeling, crouching and crawling. Appropriate

personal safety equipment is supplied. Regular and timely attendance is essential and hours must conform to the Company’s needs.
