The ideal candidate will be:
Able to thrive in a constantly changing, extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Organized and able to handle multiple priorities at one time
Able to problem solve effectively
High in integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, focus and Excel and Word
Experienced with OnQ and Opera PMS software system required
Experience with Marriott PMS software, Marsha/Fosse, helpful
Experienced with M3 Accounting software systems preferred

Qualification Standards
A minimum of three years' experience as a hotel Controller or Staff Accountant is required
Multi-unit hospitality experience is preferred
Corporate or Hotel Management company experience preferred

Education
Minimum of Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred

The responsibilities for this key position include:
Completion of P&L Statements for up to 12 hotels
Maintenance of the general ledger for up to 12 hotels
Preparation of the monthly Balance Sheets
State, County and City Sales and Tax Filings
Bank Reconciliations
Financial statement preparation and distribution
Review of daily Income Reports
Journal entry preparation
Month end general ledger review
