Area Manager- Madison, WI (Salary range $45,000-$55,000)
- Previous management experience with an emphasis in the customer service, hospitality or retail area
- Concentration and focus on providing best in class service and quality to our customers that is second to none

- Must have a valid state driver’s license and no more than 2 moving violations in the current 12 month period

As the Area Manager you will train and develop all management and additional staff in your locations, promoting Midwestern Wheels Inc.’s corporate culture, policies and procedures. You will focus on developing and assisting each station/department to achieve both its short-term and long-term goals, by encouraging a positive team environment and assuring that all individuals in your area can develop to their fullest potential.
The Area Manager will promote our counter sales program through proper hiring, training, coaching and developing of employees as well as reviewing productivity and making staffing adjustments as necessary. You will also monitor all key accounts and develop prospects for new accounts. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills and have a passion for employee development
