The Art Director will be responsible for executing designs across all digital touch points (web, mobile, email, social) with a focus on core product pages. The candidate is highly skilled in branding, graphic design, typography, layout and how these elements work to create an exceptional digital experience. The Art Director will also contribute heavily to creative concepting, development and execution of style guides, marketing, file production, and overseeing junior designers. The Art Director will report to the UX Director and work closely with other designers, technology, marketing, and merchandising.

3-5 years of visual design experience with a focus on digital products
Strong conceptual, creative, and user-centered thinking
An obsession with fantastic user interfaces and what's currently best in class
Intimate Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
A solid understanding of UX principles—user interfaces, site architecture, and navigation.
Great communications skills—ability to sell work internally and understand multiple business needs
Experience with fluid and/or responsive design, as well as collaborating with front end developers
Ability to juggle multiple projects while still being detail-oriented and highly organized
Driven to create a consistent and context-specific experience across multiple channels
A passion for creating best-in-class digital experiences
